Every school says they do job placement. We built our whole school around it.
Students don’t buy training — they buy the job on the other side of it. So we’re built differently than other schools: our customer is the employer who hires our graduates, and our product is a hire-ready technician. Every hour of curriculum, every piece of equipment on our floor, and every employer relationship we keep exists to make that job real. Placement isn’t a department here. It’s the business model.
If the employer is the customer, what does that make you?
Schools that treat students as customers are selling you something. We’re building you into something — the technician Las Vegas contractors are actively trying to hire. Your hirability isn’t a hoped-for outcome of our program. It’s the product spec.
Career development starts in week one — not week eleven.
You’ll know Career Services by name early in training. By midpoint you’re building your resume and identifying target employers. Before graduation you’re prepping for interviews and applying — and meeting employers who come to campus to see cohorts before they finish. By the time you graduate, the job search isn’t starting. It’s already moving.
We match you, personally — and we track it.
A real person on our Partnerships & Placements team learns who you are, then puts you in front of employers who fit your trade, your schedule, and how you work. Our standard is multiple employer introductions for every graduate, tracked from before graduation until you’re placed. Nobody slips through a crack, because there is no crack.
Resume Lab, interview prep, and the Job Searching Resource Packet.
Working sessions where you leave with a finished, employer-ready resume. Interview preparation, including the trade-specific questions. And the packet we hand every student and graduate: where to find jobs in the trades, how to stand out, how to follow up, and how to spot a job scam.
Sample profile — categories vary by program.
Questions about programs, financing, or start dates? We’ll call you.
Placement for life.
A Quality Training Centers graduate is never job-hunting alone again — not at graduation, not five years in, not when you’re ready for your next chapter. Placement is our mission, so it doesn’t expire when your program does. Behind every placement is a person who bet on themselves — and a family waiting to see if the bet pays off. We built this whole department to make sure it does.

Most schools run career services on good intentions. We run it on process — powered by the Career Services Hub, the placement platform we built ourselves because nothing on the market took this as seriously as we do.
You don’t want resumes. You want ready techs.
We built Quality Training Centers around one idea: the contractor hiring the graduate is the customer. Not a partner we call when a cohort ends — the person our entire operation answers to. Our programs are shaped by the employers who hire, and our graduates are trained for your shop before you ever meet them.
First look at our graduates.
Employer partners meet candidates before graduation — a pipeline you can plan your hiring calendar around, not one-off luck.
Staff-matched, not algorithm-matched.
A real person learns your shop — service or new-construction, HVACR or electrical, your culture and ticket profile — before recommending a candidate.
Competency-verified graduates.
Every grad comes with a documented skills profile validated by instructors. You know what they can do before you say yes.
A relationship, not a transaction.
We’re not a job board blasting resumes at you. We learn your shop once and stay with you across hiring cycles — and after you hire, we follow up on how our grad is performing.
Tour the floor.
Walk our facility mid-cohort and watch students do real diagnostic and installation work. No pitch — just the shop.
Tell us your hiring profile.
Service or new-construction? HVACR or electrical? We learn your shop so we match right-fit candidates.
Meet your match.
Before graduation, we introduce qualified candidates tailored to your needs — run on process, not heroics.
have hired our graduates since 1994 — resorts, mechanical contractors, school districts, hospitals, and service companies across the valley.

We don’t sell education. We deliver hire-ready technicians.
That’s the whole model. Employers get the technicians they’ve been asked to find. Students become the technicians employers are looking for. Nobody else in this building is confused about which one pays the bills — and that’s exactly why both sides win.
Employers: hiring is half the picture — we also train your existing crew with custom programs built around your company.
