For Contractors, Facilities & Property Teams

Custom Training, Built Around Your Crew

Whether you run service trucks, a facilities department, or the maintenance team behind a few thousand units, the problem is the same: your people need sharper skills, fast. Tell us where your crew is falling short — diagnostics, repeat visits, safety, new hires who need to ramp — and we'll build a hands-on program that fixes exactly that. Taught on real working equipment at our Las Vegas facility, scheduled around your work load, by the school that's been training this valley's technicians since 1994.

Let's Talk About Your Crew Your shop's needs  •  Your schedule  •  Our 16,000+ sq ft training facility

Fewer Repeat Visits

Techs who diagnose right the first time don't burn margin on callbacks — or leave a work order open while a tenant calls the office twice a day.

A Crew That Needs Less Babysitting

Confident technicians solve problems on-site instead of escalating them. Your senior people stay on their own jobs, and your vendors get called less.

Keep The People You've Got

Investing in a tech's skills is the cheapest retention program there is — and it shows customers and residents a crew that knows what it's doing.

Who We Train

HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractors. Facilities and engineering departments. Multifamily and commercial property management companies. Hotels, resorts, and restaurant groups with refrigeration and building systems to keep running. If your business depends on maintenance techs, we can make them better.

How It Works

1

Tell us the problem

A 15-minute conversation about your crew, their skill gaps, and what a win looks like for your operation.

2

We build the program

We design the curriculum around your equipment, your service mix, and your techs' current level — from half-day refreshers to full one-week intensives.

3

Your crew trains hands-on

Real working units in our labs, class sizes capped at 20, scheduled when it works for your dispatch board — days, evenings, year-round.

Need Qualified Techs, Not Just Training?

Every contractor in the valley is fighting over the same experienced techs. There's another way: new technicians graduate from our 12-week HVAC and electrical programs year-round — trained hands-on on real working equipment, EPA 608 certified, and ready to earn their seat on a truck. Our career services team connects graduates with the 200+ Las Vegas companies that hire from us — ask about joining the employer network.

Common Questions

Where does the training happen?

Most programs run in our labs at 3139 Westwood Dr — 16,000+ square feet with real working heating and air, refrigeration, and electrical equipment your techs can put hands on. If your need is specific to your own equipment, tell us — we'll figure out the right setup.

How long does a program take?

Whatever the material needs: a half-day safety or code refresher, a two-day diagnostics push, or a full one-week intensive. We schedule around your dispatch board and work load — days, evenings, year-round.

What does it cost?

Programs are quoted per company based on crew size, program length, and what we're building. Start the conversation below and you'll have a program outline and a number after a short call.

How many people can we send?

Anywhere from a handful of techs to 20 per class — we cap classes so everyone gets bench time. Bigger crews split into cohorts so your operation is never short-staffed on a given day.

Can one program cover a mixed maintenance crew?

Yes — that's most of what property management and facilities teams ask for. One crew, one program spanning HVAC, electrical, and plumbing basics, built around the work orders your team actually sees.

Can our techs get certified during training?

EPA 608 and R-410A exam prep and testing can be built into your program and handled at our facility. Certificates of completion are issued only for training approved by the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education.

We also need to hire — can you help with that?

Training your current crew is half the picture; new technicians graduate from our 12-week programs year-round. Ask about joining our employer network when we talk, or start with our career services team.

Let's Figure Out What Your Crew Needs

This starts with a conversation, not a price sheet. Tell us a little about your operation and where your crew struggles, and we'll set up a short call to dig in — then bring you a program built for your people, with a quote to match. No two companies get the same training, so no two companies get the same number.

Employee Training for Las Vegas Trades & Maintenance Teams

Companies across the valley — Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas — use Quality Training Centers for HVAC training for employees, electrical safety and troubleshooting courses, apartment maintenance technician training, and group EPA 608 certification. Because programs are scheduled on an individual basis, you can run training in your slow season, before summer peak, or as part of onboarding a new class of hires.

Every session is taught hands-on in our labs by instructors who've worked the trades themselves — not out of a binder in a conference room. Your techs leave having done the work, not just heard about it.
